Want to be a DVD.net reviewer?
Do you think you have what it takes to be a DVD reviewer?
DVD.net is always looking for more staff to help tackle the amount of DVDs
that the distributors pass on to us and if you're reading this then we hope
you have got what it takes to be part of the team.
We are looking for someone who has a good general knowledge of movies, not just DVDs
(though a good understanding of DVD and movie technology is an advantage), with knowledge
of a wide variety of genres - even those you're not especially a fan of. Readers want
to see objective reviews of all kinds, rather than, say, a science fiction fan writing
only for science fiction fans.
All you females out there, don't feel that this is a mans world, far from it.
We want you to review as well because statistics have shown that we have a large female audience
here at DVD.net. We are also looking for reviewers of childrens DVDs and Music DVDs.
On the hardware side of things we are not fussed about your equipment setup but we do
prefer that you have a) a DVD player obviously, b) a nice big TV or even a projector and
c) an amp and speaker setup capable of 5.1 surround sound in Dolby Digital and dts reproduction.
Do you think you fit the bill? If so, send us an email at reviewer@dvd.net.au with a sample DVD
review showcasing your writing skills and we'll go from there.
Cheers, the DVDnet team. |
